Just Call Me Lucy returns to the course where she's shown some of her best work. A course-and-distance win and made the frame on her 2 other visits here. The market leader Queen Of The Jukebox is yet to produce anything notable over hurdles, that's not to say that others won't pose a challenge. But I think she holds a solid chance here.

Flash Gorcombe hasn't exactly shown much in his recent runs. However, they have been stiffer tasks than this race. He does carry top weight, but the last time he ran in a race of this calibre he made light work of it with a 16-length victory at Exeter, at 4 lb higher than today's mark. Big chance.

Devon Dude was a pretty handy hurdler last season, running off a mark of 114. He's since gone chasing this season, which hasn't quite worked out. Today he returns to hurdles off a mark of 103. I wouldn't be surprised to see him go close and think he's overpriced here. Cobden in the saddle adds confidence.

Atlantic Power comes here with a course-and-distance win to his name. He ran well in this contest a year ago in similar conditions, making a mistake 2 out to eventually finish third. He gains a fair bit of weight tomorrow from his main rivals in the field. He could make it back-to-back wins after a five-length win earlier this month at Lingfield.

Not Sure is my pick of the bunch in this trappy contest. He's over 2 years without a win but has knocked on the door recently. He ran well last week at Chepstow to finish an eventual 2nd, giving over a stone away to the winner. Expect to see him go close.

Last time out at Fontwell, Gaelic Pride gave a good account of himself. He was beaten 3 lengths by Idaho Sun, who went on to win nicely on Boxing Day at Aintree and is entered to run in the Supreme. He is slightly up in trip here, which shouldn't be an issue, and the ground should suit him nicely.

A win eludes Cumhacht to date, but some of his best attempts come at this course. Not shown much in the last two starts, but I think he could bounce back tomorrow. Expect to see him go close again.

Alcedo has a lot in his favour tomorrow. Out of Venetia Williams' yard, with her horses renowned for relishing the soft ground, this ground shouldn't be an issue. Two previous chase wins over 2m 4f suggest this is the optimal trip. Expecting a big run.

Scudamore was an eye-catcher LTO at Sedgefield. He was held up in the early stages and eventually finished second, beaten 3 lengths by Ballin Bay, who got the first run on him. This form was franked by Ballin Bay winning by 14 lengths at Sedgefield yesterday. I think Scudamore takes all the beating here, and I wouldn't be surprised to see money come for him.

Alan King's mare certainly has a challenge on her hands here against what looks to be a good Henderson favourite. Jumping has to improve, as she hasn't jumped the most fluently in her previous runs. She did give a good account of herself at Newbury in November, beaten eventually 3 lengths by La Conquiere, which looks to be a promising horse for Jamie Snowden. If jumping improves, she could spring an upset here.

Fine form figures since switched to chasing. Comes into this on the back of two comfortable wins at Sedgefield. Stiffer test today with a 9 lb rise from LTO, which could still be a workable mark.

Fancy this fav. Battled well last time out to see off the Paul Nicholls-trained Pourquoi Pas Papa, who has since given a decent account of himself with a win at Wincanton and ran a solid second at Haydock at the weekend. Also in the field was Eton Mess, who has won twice since after going up in trip. Don't think he has it all his own way.
